This hotel could use an update. It was decent but nothing great. We did have a great woman help us at the front desk on check-in. $30 daily parking is absolutely ridiculous; there is an enormous parking lot and the charge is a nickel and dime move.

Everything was great although there were only two bottles of water for four people. The bathroom was clean, as was everything else. There was no outside noise to detract from a good night’s sleep.

When I arrived my door would not unlock. I had to wait for maintenance to arrive before I could get into my room. The front desk lady was rude and showed no empathy for my situation. I was so tired and I finally got into my room and the toilet hadn’t been flushed. I’m so upset
