"Wonderful "

I was there 4 nights. The only complaint I have is that the bed and pillows weren't the most comfortable. Other than that, a wonderful experience was had. Timely shuttle to the airport as well.

"Staffing was nice/polite would have been a great visit had the bathroom been clean"

It was in a decent/safe location

The bathroom was not clean. I was so grossed out. It was hair all on the tub. I had to clean the tub before I took a shower.

The room was supposed to be paid for upon arrival, however the room got cancelled before we could arrive and pay for it. There was no clear communication as to when or why this happened. Had I received a call and was told that my room would be cancelled before I arrived I could have made the proper arrangements and made sure my room was paid for.
