The property is old. Very old and has the floor damage

très bon accueil, chambre agréable, ménage fait tous les jours (ce qui n'est plus souvent le cas dans les chaines d'hotel aux USA) le gros atout est le parking inclus et le tramway qui passe juste devant l'hôtel qui permet de rejoindre le French Quarter en 25mn environ

Le petit déjeuner n'est pas à la hauteur de l'hôtel avec peu de choix de plats et un espace assez restreint

Ruhige Lage. Mit dem Public Streetcar war aber alles problemlos erreichbar. Eine Haltestelle war in unmittelbarer Nähe.

The property was very nice and very close to one of the street lines.

Great location with easy access to the trolley.

We were able to leave the car there on arrival despite our room not being available. Great location even though it's quite a distance to the french quarter and major sites. Charles street is really pretty and the tram which runs from right outside the hotel takes you into NOLA in about 15 minutes, interesting ride in both directions of Charles street. Good restaurant next door, not sure if it's actually same company as hotel but there is an adjoining door. Good quality continental breakfast with good choices. Pleasant to sit outside with breakfast.

They didn't ring to say the room was ready as they said they would but not a big problem

They need juice at breakfast and better offerings. Maybe donuts.
