usually stay in a single room with a big bed in very comfortable. This was a double bed room and was more run down comforters with dirty the room was not nice and I had lines in the TV. Very disappointed and I don't know if I'll come back.
First off, we checked in and the air conditioner wasn’t even turned on so it took almost 3 hours to fully cool off the room. It was cooler outside than inside! The soap boar was left in the shower from the previous people and had Pubic hairs stuck on it. Absolutely disgusting! It was dirty and not a good stay. The restaurant wasn’t even open that is in the hotel that is part of the reason that hotel was picked in the first place. Never again.
I didn’t stay I arrived around 11:00 pm. Later then Expected. Things happen. However nobody was at the front desk. Rang the bell a few times another gentleman was there as well. He even went behind the desk NOBODY anywhere. I waited about 20 minutes still nobody. Finally the manager or owner however the gentleman was talking to him. He was comparing about the front desk issue. He mentioned his room was dirty the TV not working. The kicker is the man behind the desk said he was helping someone because they locked them selves in the room. Lol Plus there was someone else on staff. Where no one knows. As I was looking for another place to stay in the parking lot He gets in his car and leaves the premises again. I’m sorry but it was the most horrible customer service ever. Not a good evening. Finally around 1am my son and I found a different hotel. We thought we were going to sleep in the car. Thank you Teresa

Rooms were clean & staff very friendly
The room was run down and needs better cleaning and maintenance. Would not recommend.
Our room should have been taken out of service 5 years ago for significant maintenance. Paint in bathroom was terribly soiled, toilet paper holder falling out of the wall, paint on toilet seat down to bare wood, wallpaper peeling off walls, cigarette burns on comforter, cigarette burn holes all the way through sheets, carpet in very bad condition. Smell of urine in staircase outside our room. If we have stayed in 400 rooms; this one takes last place.
Roaches in the window. TV didn’t work.
