"The experience left me scared and confused and also disappointed."

The black hair white lady with the artistic eyebrows. Her behavior was disgustingly and shockingly rude! I never been treated like that before while staying here. I've been probably 25 times to this hotel in 3 years through booking and privately. Also that the front desk staff had someone other than a worker to call my phone and threaten after I left due to calling and asking for a manager. For some reason this lady does not want you to be able to talk to anyone above her.

"Great for a short stay, beds would make long term difficult for my preference."

Staff was great, the utilities in the room where great, overall room size was great but the beds were not comfortable unless you like super firm and springy. The breakfast was nice.

Beds were the only downside
