The fact that they kept not stocking the pool room with towels in when I went to the front desk n asked for more the lady told me she had to wash so I looked in the back behind the counter in there was a whole basket full of clean towels so I said well what is that in the basket she then replied oo yeah I forgot about those like really 🙄

The fact that y'all did not keep the towels in the pool room for the kids we had to keep asking for towels I don't like that at all I will not be returning here again
