Kempinski Hotel Barbaros Bay

Breakfast was great, the staff and the property are all great. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. The private beach is easily accessible.

Hot water pool facilities were closed as it was the shoulder season and there was maintenance in some parts of the Hotel when we visited during end of March-beginning of April. We just had a small incident where a less-expensive jewellery item went missing from our room, we reported this to the Hotel however they were not able to find it. Other than that I would highly recommend this Hotel.

Hotel is beautiful and very clean, the staff is super friendly and helpful. The beach is within walking distance (private), good restaurant options and has an amazing bed. Probably one of the best experiences I had as a guest.

I had to shorten my trip due to their limited facility for new year. Though I informed the immediate day I check in after knowing the fact above, they didn't bother to raise it with you and return my 1 day stay though I left with prior notice.

The location can't be better than this....super comfy resort with loads of facilities....and the view to just die for...awesome decor..every corner of the hotel is worth insta pic...the pool is awesome....very unique design...breakfast is just awesome...and the staffs are super super helpful and polite...makes u feel like a king...huge ...massive property with personal beach front...its by itself an island...very secluded from the hustle bustle of the city...if u want privacy and calmness.and only sound of waves to sooth your ears...this is the right place to stay...

This place is a joke. I guess the lobby looked nice and the water was nice. Don't get scammed like I did.

I've been fortunate enough to stay in true 5-star accommodations worldwide, and I rarely pen reviews unless an experience significantly sways from my expectations. The Kempinski Bodrum was one such severe deviation. The term "5-star" should evoke a certain level of prestige, service, and luxury. However, this hotel could hardly be classified as a 3-star establishment. Charging over $1000 per night, the room's quality was nothing short of a mockery, reminiscent of low-end airport hotels in tertiary cities. For a brand with the stature of Kempinski, this is not just a disappointment but a gross misrepresentation. Potential guests should be acutely aware: this is not the 5-star experience you're paying for, and it's imperative for the hotel to reevaluate its standards or its claims.
