We spent 5 days here, and this hotel is overpriced for what it offers. They charge five-star prices but provide service that doesn't even reach three stars. Let me provide some examples: 1. There is a lack of English-speaking staff. 2. The staff is not trained in five-star service and doesn't understand luxury service standards. 3. The restaurant standards are quite average compared to others of the same caliber, including portions, overall prices, service timing, and language proficiency. 4. The beach service is outdated. 5. There is a lack of children's food menus.

We had a recent family trip to Bodrum and we stayed at the Kempinski hotel The hotel was great and the staff were very helpful, we had an initial problem with the rooms but it was fixed and we had an upgrade The beach was clean beautiful and gorgeous sea The Restraunt’s food was excellent, and at the saygon mr Kaan was very helpful . Yousef also at guest relationship was very helpful I would recommend the hotel especially all inclusive , so you don’t need to go outside for dinning We all loved the hotel and we will come again
