The food and the atmosphere are incredible! The beach is beautiful also the infinite pool is dying for to see and take photos there lol! If you are influencer this is the spot to shine There’s 4 restaurants And each one of them has their own cuisine there is Asian and there is international and then Italian and then another international and on the beach. There is beach restaurant, Am I suggest if you are visiting the Kempenski each day book for one of these restaurant and enjoy the experience it’s amazing at the Asian one is the most amazing one. One of the manager his name is Savas Gure and his employee Kaan were amazing, friendly and really helpful with people they made us feel welcomed. We loved chatting with them and even asking for tips where to go and do.

Well they need to work on their All-inclusive approach. Comparing other resorts this is different. The time you checking out at 12:00 PM the all inclusive package expired. If you going to stay after the 12:00 lets say late flight consider that you going to use all the Facilities freely but you going to buy your food and beverages. Is not like the other resort even if you checked out you can eat and have beverages as much as you want. Consider this if you going to the resort Another mattar the language is huge barrier you need to have your google translate on the side! So you can communicate with the staff! Few people can talk and understand you but most of them they don’t.

The service in the restaurants needs significant improvement to fulfill the 5-star hotel standard. The beach service was also lacking, which was disappointing for such a high-end resort. Additionally, many of the employees struggled with English, making communication difficult at times. This is an area that definitely needs attention to ensure a seamless experience for international guests. Overall, while the natural beauty and facilities of the hotel are exceptional, the service standards need to be elevated to match the expectations of a 5-star luxury hotel.
