Loved everything but the accuracy of the kitchen to deliver the correct food choice. Every time we ordered something, it came wrong. Probably due to very few servers speak English.

Provide English lessons to employees who are servers and who deal with customers ordering food.

Avoid unless you like doubling your final hotel bill Avoid unless you like doubling your final hotel bill on absurdly expensive food prices: EUR 17 for Fries, Caesar Salad EUR 27, Fruit Platter EUR 28. I have been to Bodrum before and really appreciate the well-priced food. However, this is not the case at the Bodrum Kempinski. Management tried to explain to me it was because of inflation and supplier costs. This does not make sense, as I did some benchmarking of hotels in the area and of Kempinski globally. For example, 2 other Bodrum Hotels which are considered High-End Luxury have more realistic prices: - Lujo- Caesar Salad EUR 20, Fries EUR 8 - Bodrum Edition- Caesar Salad EUR 16.98, Fries EUR 10.73 At best, their suppliers are taking advantage of them. At worst, this is a deliberate attempt to gouge guests who are unable to leave the hotel easily, seriously theres no restaurants around the hotel— which, frankly, feels exploitative. Beautiful beach and location quiet . Lovely bedrooms

Food and drinks extremely expensive. Only 2 restaurants open and both a la carte. Staff service poor/ slow for a 5 star hotel, struggled with English so had to use google translate to communicate at breakfast to get coffee.
