Great location, attentive and friendly staff, large and very comfortable modern rooms.

Fantastic staff one of the most unique spots in Queenstown the highest level of services provided and every aspect was handled perfectly!!

Very updated and quite. Needs signage to be able to find it.

Fantastic location, central to everything. No need for a car, just walk.

Amazing Accommodation, in a very handy to all amenities location, just a shame we didn't have great views from our deck, but a nice touch of Birthday fudges left in our room. All of the Staff from the Shuttle driver to the front line & Bar staff were very friendly & helpful and all went well over and above the extra mile for us. For our first time in Queenstown, we would definitely stay there again. Only one gripe was the slow Breakfast Service, we waited 45 mins for it, which ended up being rushed to eat, as we had booked an excursion we had to get to and the food was average when we finally did get it.

All-inclusive amenities in a perfect central location. Super friendly and efficient staff.

Very centrally located near to market.. park ..& most of the lake with ofcourse mountains all around!
