We would really like to see their restaurants reopen. We always enjoyed eating there. Also would like to see more handicap parking. 2 spots are not sufficient for an aging population. On the whole, we love this place and will be returning. Thank you.

Hotel solid two star. Dont expect anything real nice. Close to Soo locks is the best thing it had going for it. It is SSM so not a lot of nice choices.

"Great Hotel for Soo Locks Visit"

Well renovated 100 year old hotel. Clean, bright, plus helpful desk staff and free parking. Online complaints of it being old and dirty were not at all what we experienced. Location is immediately adjacent to Soo Locks visitor site. Breakfast was minimal but several local eateries directly across the street

"Someone needs to update there website before they get sued for false advertisement"

The hotel is very misleading. They advertise a hot breakfast...gravy scrambled eggs bacon. There was only two kinds of cereal and breakfast pastries. No pool/ hot tub as advertised on the website. As well as a restaurant on the main floor. Absolutely not. Only good thing was the view from the room and thankfully the hotel house keeper for that room did an amazing job. He or she was the only good thing about the stay.
