"Location great. Customer service sub par."

For lovers of freighters, location couldn't be better. The room was clean and quiet and the HVAC worked properly. The breakfast is minimalist and the customer service at the front desk was meh. No one would accuse Brittany of being overly friendly or even polite. She wasn't rude, either, just not what one would expect or want. She definitely needs customer service training.

We would really like to see their restaurants reopen. We always enjoyed eating there. Also would like to see more handicap parking. 2 spots are not sufficient for an aging population. On the whole, we love this place and will be returning. Thank you.
