Location. Was good but in a run down area. Convenient for station . Room was okay (37). Free parking at or nearby premises. Highly recommend the Pizza spot opposite

It’s an earplug place - unfortunately these didn’t work on this occasion as guy in room directly below was shouting on phone with caller on full loudspeaker for most of early evening. It was echoing around hall. Guy came back at 0115 and resumed with flagrant disregard for anyone else . Was still doing so at 0230hrs when I went down. Can’t believe staff couldn’t hear it as it was resonating in halls. Anyway - guy left in no doubt of next action if he didn’t desist . Not what you want when you’re on the road at 0600hrs

L’emplacement était super pour Syracuse et Ortegia, tout à pied Pdj très bien

Réservé avec un balcon que nous n’avons pas eu … Les lits 1 place dans la chambre familiale étaient des lits de camps pas confortable Hôtel réservé avec ascenseur qu’on nous a pas proposé alors que nous étions en fauteuil roulant

Die Lage war gut und es war ruhig.

Das Frühstück war leider nicht gut. Es gab kaum Auswahl und vor allem die Croissant waren eine Katastrophe. Auch die anderen Gäste haben die trockenen Hörnchen nicht essen können. Da gibt es auf jeden Fall noch Luft nach oben.
