Les points positifs de cet hôtel sont : un personnel très sympathique et serviable, la situation géographique (proche d'Ortigia, de la gare et des bus de ville), le parking facile et gratuit.

La salle de bains est vraiment vétuste : beaucoup de rouille, les rideaux pendouillent. Il y aurait un gros effort de rénovation à faire. L'ascenseur est en panne suite à une fuite d'eau d'une salle de bains et les escaliers sont vraiment très raides. Le petit-déjeuner est juste OK, il y a de tout mais le pain est seulement du pain de mie, le fromage n'a pas de goût ni le jambon.

Location. Ortigia reachable by foot. Good bed. Quite place. Nice vintage decorations. Helpful personnel. A big parking lot very near, 15€/day. Good breakfast.

Bathroom needs a bit of an upgrade and breakfast is ok. But for the price and convenience, and friendliness of the staff it felt ok.
