Wasn’t happy about them requiring a $150 cash for security deposit!

Was adequate for the price.

Its a decent hotel for the price but not as nice as photos posted online.

Did not have extra towels for our family of 5. Stated there are 4 towels in room already. AC is non existing. Floor dirty

Had to switch rooms due to both in the bathing tube and the next room was just as dirty we tried to clean up but just could’v couldn’t bring our self to stay

When I first arrived the bathroom toilet and light did not work. They did switch rooms which was nice, but the rooms are very outdated. There’s hardly any lighting, you can’t adjust the AC temperature, there is no coffee in the rooms, the bathroom door had holes that were poorly repaired, and it’s a maze to get to rooms down concrete halls and no elevators to second floors. While I appreciated the good price, I don’t think it’s fair to have to be in a hotel with these poor conditions even for a good price.

It was very hot in the room. The thermostat on the wall was very old. There was only a silver knob with no numbers on it. I turn knob both directions, but temp stayed the same HOT. AC unit by window had no controls either.

The place was centraly located to our planned activities which was nice. It did concern me that an additional deposit was charged for any damages that might occur. The deposit is suppose to be refunded but 1, nothing was mentioned about it when i booked it and 2, I was then concerned what kind of neighborhood I was staying in if a deposit like that is needed. The place is an older property but was at a resonable price for what it is.

It was okay but it was bugs in the room

I was disappointed the most about the service given when I spoke about their toilet consistently stopping up! When it was brought to the attention of the staff and manager it was told to me that no accommodations could be made for a non functioning room I had. I then stayed there an additional 2 days because no other place was available for me to go, the first room had an intolerable stinch but the second room offered to me was decent-that’s why I gave 2 stars. If you stay here good luck! Beware that you will not be accommodated for anything that’s relatively their fault/problem.
