"We didn't take advantage of anything apart from the room, but the grounds are lovely"

It was local to the event, the site was very clean itself.

Wasn't aware there was a £10 parking fee when booking the stay, The light switch in the room was broken upon arrival, although replaced the first one was very dangerous, not sure how that wasn't picked up before we arrived. The shower head was disgusting and should of been replaced a very long time ago.

Everything was perfect for what we needed for the weekend. The breakfast had good choice, it was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful (especially Jasmine in Loft18!)

My only feedback for the hotel is that it was really warm in my room and the fans provided weren't great and didn't provide much cooling. It would be nice if this could be looked at, as the stay was otherwise great, however it was quite uncomfortable sleeping at night (despite the comfy beds!)

I loved the grounds, they were beautiful and I think for another type of guest it could be a really beautiful stay. The staff were really helpful and there was a general feeling if safety and mostly peaceful.

The walls were very thin so I was woken up my the upstairs guest talking on the phone at 5am. The steam room wasn't working but there was no warning, there were also no vegan options on the restaurant menus that were suitable so I had to drive to the supermarket to buy dinner. The main road is a little bit busy but if you're expecting it then it's ok!

"Lovely hotel"

Easy to get to and beautiful, well maintained grounds. Comfortable bed, all extremely clean and smelt clean when entering. Friendly staff, lovely 3 course dinner.

The bathroom (shower) could do with an upgrade as the knob fell off in my hand. More pastries at breakfast; 8.30am and they only had 2 croissants left. Unfortunately had some very noisy people above us who were stomping around most of the night, but this was not the fault of the hotel.
