Loved everything. Only reason didn't get 10/10 was that r found room was rather warm. No air-conditioning.sraff were fabulous. Hotel gorgeous.

"Will be staying again,"

Pleasant environment well located as a base for a few days working at the NEC. Great restaurant, cracking breakfast,excellent helpful well trained staff and brilliant power shower in my room. My colleagues tell me the gym and pool are excellent too.

The restaurant was heated a little higher than necessary but that’s about it.

"Great hotel for Birmingham airport"

Very handy for Birmingham airport, left car and stayed pre and post trip and took a taxi to the airport. Was a better option than staying on site

Nice location , very good restaurant and breakfast . Nice staff

The rooms weren't great. Old furnitures, not really comfy pillows. Strange old looking bathroom lock.
