"Complete nightmare dirty small rooms with no windows rude staff and do not reply to emails ."

Long hairs on duvet , used shoe inner soles left in room . Noise of other guests running up and down corridors shouting and slamming doors for 2 hours in middle of night . Staff refused to do anything about it and staff very rude .

Old fashioned rooms in the annex and one out of the 4 rooms I booked smelt of Canabis!

Location for CBS Arena events is perfect. Plenty of parking on site. Clean and comfortable rooms

Eating on site is expensive.
