The staff were very friendly and helpful..Particularly the young lady on reception. I can't remember her name, only that she has a baby son called Atlas. Lovely young lady, very respectful, has a great way with guests.

The tvs being so hard to use. Just ordinary tv so we can watch without all the rigmarole. The staff in the restaurant, bit abrupt and sour faced.

Excellent hotel, good value for money. Amazing grounds and view

Reception staff was slow and didn’t seem to have much of a clue what he was doing and not very helpful.
