The location and layout was amazing

A few rooms away from us somebody thought it was a good idea to smoke weed,I hate the smell,when we arrived back from our function door of the .room was open and the smell was awful

Lovely staff and room spotless. Comfy bed superking! Requested 2 rooms easy access for my 97 year old mum which was provided. Quiet. My husband left a chain behind which was retrieved by housekeeping and kept safe for collection. Thank you!!

We like the lodges and we requested we get a lodge as it was a birthday and when we got there, we was given what we wanted and the staff were really friendly if it was too much trouble

The room was old and needing updated badly

It looked so quaint outside with gorgeous flowers. The leasure facilities were really high standard and there was loads of parking.

The staff weren't very helpful. I had blood on my walls. I asked them to send someone to clean it. They said someone would be with me in 10minutes but they didn't turn up after an hour. I left the room and when I returned the blood was still there. Reception said someone had been to clean it but had been unsuccessful. No appology for the state of the room or any offer to improve the situation. They just said it would need painting over. Would have been nice to be offered a different room.
