Residence Inn Chantilly Dulles South

We recently stayed for 3 nights, the place is typical residence Inn homey place, but they delivered top notch service, every staff we encountered was so friendly, and the one bedroom suite we booked was spotless clean, because due to COVID no house cleaning daily, which is totally no issue for us, every time we needed something (i.e extra towels, bathroom amenities, etc), we just sent the msg via Marriott mobile chat, they fulfilled the requests almost immediately and left the items in a bag outside our room. Complimentary Breakfast is grab-and-go bags, but you can request frozen sandwiches to be heated at the room microwave. Very pleasant stay, this place is highly recommended.

Everything is good. The only issue is my room is studio and the bathroom door is next to my bed, I have to close door to avoid possible Bacteria floating into bedroom. The other issue is the bath towels are hanging above the toilet. Do u know the bacteria and virus could spread up to 1 meter high to make the towel full of bacteria when u flush the toilet! The towel should hang on somewhere else. It’s unacceptable!

The meals provided Monday-Wednesday evenings! the security and privacy. The location to restraunts and shopping. the friendlyness of employees. Wish the evening dinners went from Monday - Thursday.

In general I have found Hotels.com reviews very useful, but was surprised at this hotel rating... I believe it is too high. The hotel was decent and breakfast was decent, but it is not a 9 out of 10 hotel. The interior is dated, the room had signs of use, beds were ok, the floor I was on smelled odd, and the bathroom and vanity area had signs of wear including poor caulking, water damage that was painted over quickly, etc. I might give the room an 8, but that feels overly-generous. Location had easy shopping and food around it and was very near the area I was working. It's a shame the hotel was a disappointment

My wife and I had to be out of our house most of the day due to work being performed in the house. When I called to make a reservation, the general manager allowed us to check in very early. She was at the front desk at check-in and greeted us warmly. We were made to feel welcome and appreciated throughout our stay. The property itself was stylish, comfortable, and welcoming. Based upon this experience, we are now planning a return trip in warmer weather for a mini staycation. I highly recommend this hotel.

My husband and I stayed here for 1 night and have nothing but positive feedback. The room was spacious with a large kitchen area, full size fridge, comfy bed, mirrored closets and a nice bathroom set-up. When I walked in, I said, "I could live here!" because it felt so homey. The staff was very pleasant and they had a well equipped fitness room. The breakfast was very good as well. Highly recommended!

The cat who greeted all hotel guests was an awesome addition. The entire experience at the Residence Inn was wonderful.
