Residence Inn Chantilly Dulles South

Everything about this business trip was great even if it meant being back in DC. From the moment of check-in to the final check-out, every staff employee was professional and polite. The wait staff at the morning breakfast were kind and courteous. While I never saw the cleaning staff, my room was always impeccably clean. The breakfast in the morning was very good with the egg dishes changing slightly every day. That is not easy. The coffee was served hot and the waffle maker worked like a charm. I only wish the hot tub had been opened even in March for a warm soak in the evening. Another great stay at the Marriott.

Unless the hotel has changed, I can't recommend staying here. I encountered a serious bed bug problem while staying here in fall 2022. The hotel did not have proper protocol for handling the situation and even attempted to deny responsibility. I know that other recent guests at this hotel have unfortunately experienced bedbugs as well. Remember, bed bugs are the gift that keeps on giving. Stay far, far away.
