Courtyard by Marriott Columbia

Great room. I particularly like the sofa in the sitting area of the room.

They did not have the room we paid for available. They switched us from two beds to one with a bed and pull out sofa only to go upstairs and the pull out bed had no mattress. This lady at the front desk was stressed by a line up of several of us with similar problems and no knowledge of how to solve this.

We didn't eat there. It was very cool on an extremely hot day in Columbia. The room was quiet.

The sofa bed didn't have any bedding. I had to call for it. The sofa bed was a twin (not indicated). I have a disabled adult son who needs to be assisted. The room was extremely small for king suite. Not what I expected.

The 2 lovely ladies that checked us in were sweet and so much fun and energy! They put us on a top floor as requested the room was amazing, it stormed overnight didnt hear a word PERFECT

Was a horrible stay and staff was terrible at solving any sort of issues or problem solving.

We stayed in Columbia for our daughter’s college graduation. Just an overnight trip Two things though Shower pressure very weak. And they charged the wring credit card so now I have to wait for a credit to come through but other than that a pleasant stay

Clean and comfortable.

When I booked the 3 rooms, I was told we had free breakfasts. This Courtyard had coupons for their Bistro and limited coffee. One room did not receive any coupons. There was only 1 pouch of coffee available in the room for 2 people.
