Apartamentos Medano - La Ladera

Immaculately clean and functional apartment. Great value for money. Very pleased.

Convenient location. On street free parking. There were some coffee capsules which was nice. Appreciated the Kitchen paper. The closed balcony was nice as it allowed enjoying the sun while being protected from the strong winds.

The parking advertised as FREE actually COSTS 6€, was hard to park on the street sincethere was a carnival taking place. The bed lights were brighter than the main light in the double bedroom. The WiFi password could be on a qr. The blinds need oiling to roll. The apartment door doesn't close if pulled it needs to use the key -it needs oiling. The building main door doesn't always close if not pushed.

Very friendly host, very clean appartment, fully equipped kitchen, very close to town and beach. On third floor in an appartment building with elevator. Public parking around the building where we always found a space, but can become quite full in the evening. Nice welcome package with wine.

Windows in direction of a construction site, every working day, an excavator sometimes with a sledgehammer started latest at 8am. The construction site looks to be at the very beginning of the project. Depending on the wind direction, airplanes are taking off an estimated one kilometer away from the window about every 15 to 30 minutes. Although the airplane noise is audible all over El Medano. It is not super loud, but you should bring a certain immunity to noise.

We had a very pleasant stay. The apartment matches the description and offers great value for money. The equipment is more than sufficient for a short stay or a workation – we had everything we needed. The location is quiet but still close to the center and the beach.

The apartment is a bit on the darker side, but it was perfect for working and relaxing. Overall, we were happy with our stay and can definitely recommend it.

We liked the Nice Apartment, it has an easy access, village center is close, sea is close, and you can find a parking place close to the house. The apartment itself is quite well equipped and nice.

We heard the noise from the street too clearly. It’s not a busy street, however it was enough noise: trash collecting vehicles come very early every night and wake you up, some business just bellow the window throwing some metal equipment trash into their van, motos passing, etc. Balcony, by the way, is very small and giving directly to the street.
