Friendly staff and very clean property. Loved the design of the lobby, but the food menu needs some help. Some items in breakfast and lunch menu seemed like it was from the previous meal/day and not in a good shape to be served.

I've been to many hotels in different countries since 2012. Never have I had an experience as this! Other 5 star hotels can not compare to what I had the pleasure of experiencing. The service was great. Servers were attentive and anticipate your needs before you even know you need something. Cergen was amazing. The front desk staff were professional and quick. The quality of the service, food, facilities and amenities were superb. good. Room was amazing, food was amazing! facilities was great. highly recommend this hotel. It will be my yearly destination from now on!

Food was ok but very narrow time frame for each meal period Water supply is limited to one small bottle per room Rates for room based on two occupants per room but they didn't allow my grandchildren to visit me at hotel There's better options available for the price charged

This hotel not 5 Stars Hotel at all, its over rated, room, food, cleanness is really terrible fly over food, small and old rooms, balcony door was broken, pool staff are rude, reception staff are rude manegers un helpful my stay was for 4 days but stayed for less than 4 hours because of bad smell and overall condition my stay was for hony moon. It was big Big mistake to reserve this place. Save your money. NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.
