"Shocked about kitchen facilities "

I have taken this flat with kitchen. But there is nothing about kitchen. No utensils at all. I am quite shocked and disappointed. Heating is not working at all.

Everything was excellent. 1st time guest at the Sheridan Davis campus. Only minor gripe is I wish they could do something about the people who walk their dogs in the area between the residence and the parking lot who do not pick up after their animals. Other than that would gladly visit again during the summer months.
