Residence & Conference Centre - Brampton

It is good space to stay with family or friends. They had well trained and professional front desk people. We had no issue with checkin and check out. The only thing, I wanted to suggest that there should be a kettle in the room.

No one was there to meet me. For late check in. I even advised I as coming late. Nobody answered the phone. I had to ask some students how things worked around there. They advised me the desk person was doing ‘rounds’. I was out of options since I paid and waited 45 minutes for their return. Never again

The price was reasonable.

Air conditioning not working Didn’t get sufficient facility

Staff were great. Room was clean, comfortable and secure.

Directions with google got us directly to the checkin foyer. Parking was a bit removed to get to, we should have unloaded our bags at the front door. Some trouble with the key card on checkin. Very clean, spacious and tidy room, the doors did an excellent job of noise blocking. Shower/bathroom was extremely clean and would definitely stay again.

Property is clean, but basic equipment in flat like kettle for coffee or even mugs for cup of tea..was not there. There was no light from mid night on our last day of checking out, we had to use our phone touch light to get ready
