Handle on microwave was broke flooring coming up and dirty, shower didn't drain.

Minimal choices. Very odd set up.

Cleanliness. Wore out facility. Cobbled areas.

I needed to get a hold of someone before the stay. They answered the phone hello. Didn’t say Suoer 8 or anything. Was told I had to call back in one hour to change my reservation because no one was on site working. Called back in an hour, same experience. This time he had someone on the speaker phone I could barely hear. They never changed the reservation. Very unprofessional!!!

Everything it was dirty and the bath tub leaked and the toilet broke

I went to check in at 5pm. Nobody was at the front desk I went to my car and gathered the things to bring in for about 30 mins. I went back in. I paid $20 dog fee and he confirmed my res. I went In the room and froze for 2 hours. He came and help but still 2 hours later freezing. I went to the front 4 times and rang bell 2 times called and 3 sent messages . I have a lung disease and being cold got me sick. I froze for 4 hours then left. I didn'tuse anything but the TV.

The hear unit was all broken up and you had to use a pen to push the buttons but still did not provide heat! I could not get anyone to help me at the front desk!!

Do not stay here for any Reason!!! Even in a blizzard you're Safer Cleaner and the Smell was Beyond AWFUL EVERYTHING WAS BROKEN AND FILTHY!! DOWN A LONG DARK ROAD VERY SCARY SAVE THE 100.00 DOLLARS AND SLEEP IN YOUR VEHICLE ONE OF THE WORST HOTELS I'VE EVER STAYED IN!! THE WHOLE PLACE IS GROSS!!

Was traveling back from a business meeting. I knew I would be driving all day and would be arriving in late evening. Website indicated front desk was open 24/7 so I booked on line indicating arrival after 23:00 hrs and before 24:00hrs) upon arrival at approx 23:50 I found no one at front desk. I rang the buzzer several times and still no one came to my assistance. Located property phone # and tried calling. Phone rang at front desk and still no assistance. Tried a couple more times. I was exhausted so I sat on sofa in front lobby(beside service desk). Waited approx 20 more min but still no assistance. After sleeping in my vehicle parked on the street outside front of hotel for a couple of Hrs I decided to drive on and didn’t have an opportunity to stay over night. The next day I was advised that I would have to pay for my room as I was a “no show”. Very unsatisfactory experience.

Because of the no cancellation policy of my third party booking agent( of switch had no contact phone # apparently I am responsible to pay for the room. Fell helpless as I am Unsure what else I could have done!
