"Cheap compared to everything else but what a joke"

Beds are hard 2 stars cause at least there were no bed bugs

Nothing was good...weird smells...ice machine is broken...washer and dryer broken

"I do not recommend."

Beds were hard, ice machine was down. Staff said they went to get ice and would bring it to us when they returned. Waited for 2 hours then went to front desk again to ask for ice, front desk said it still hadn’t showed up and guy wouldn’t answer phone. Key would not work on door when we got there, got that fixed and then we left to go get ice and key would not work on main door. Could not use the outlets unless curtains were open. Bathtub was dirty and toilet would not flush. Pillows were smaller than normal. I have stayed in May Super 8 and this was by far the worst.

"Uncomfortable. I rarely give poor reviews, but this was an expensive mistake."

Lighting was insufficient, bedside light- knob was difficult to use, lock on outside door at top of stairs did not work, breakfast was so-so and seating was not good. Everything in room was dark and worn, made it feel very unclean.

We had easy access for handicap to our room. Staff was very nice.

Ice machine broken. Breakfast - nothing much to choose from. Not even fresh fruit.

The location and the quietness of the hotel

The shower in the bathroom dripped the entire time and the shower needs an upgrade The bathtub/shower was dingy and gray looking. I did not use the shower. The pillows need to be changed out and need to be bigger.
