"Very unpleasant!"

The room was not clean. Bathroom sink plugged. Black mold on tub grout. Air conditioner/ heater vents were dirty. The desk staff at check in would not refund our money so we could go elsewhere! Did not offer Draino for sink. We purchased some (didn’t work!) then she said they had some. We were reimbursed for draino. Will never book on Booking.com again!

"Great stay! We would stay again!"

The property was nice, quiet and staff was very friendly. Bed was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was a normal free hotel breakfast. Loved the fact we had shampoo/conditioner, lotion and body wash that smelt really good. The other parts of the building were clean. Close to all restaurants and shopping in west Lebanon.

Our room was right next to the ice maker and people were up getting ice very late at night, wish we didn’t have our room next to it, but we were a very last minute booking so we really couldn’t complain. The pool was locked not sure why not that we were wanting to use it but I would call and ask if you are planning to go there and want to swim. Our bathroom was in need of a little repair but nothing to not stay there about! Would have liked more outdoor seating that was closer together. Price was a bit high as we didn’t get there till 6:30pm and out by 11am for $250.00 seemed a bit high for West Lebanon.

Staff was friendly and gracious. Flower gardens around the entrance were beautiful. Room had a slight "gym" odor, most likely coming from the AC unit (condensate)
