Americas Best Value Inn Alliance

Went to hangout with friends and family. Staff was great. Definitely will stay again. Only down side was tight parking, and there’s no way to access rooms without going outside into the elements, so when it rained and we went to one of our other parties rooms, we got wet. Big plus - coffee was still going inside despite not being able to have breakfast area open.

The rooms were supposed to be smoke free but the minute we walked in all you could smell was smoke. The smell was very strong and a couple of us ended with headaches from the smell.

No house cleaning on stay there no new towels holes in blankets and sheets and floor in sink area slippery.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. The owners are doing a great job of renewing the facility. They are very friendly and helpful and have a desire to make their busines even better.

Very clean comfortable bed staff was polite. My stay was way better than the other hotels I’ve stayed around that area

Its always a good nites stay when i stay there.

First room they sent me to was occupied. The second was trashed and hadn’t been cleaned. Finally the third room was acceptable.

Good price, good location, and the cleaning people don't drive you insane like at some hotels. I like the outside private entrances. The check in/out people were professional and friendly.

I would like to see some kind of Vinyl flooring. The carpet seemed a little dirty. Dropped the channel chancer under the bed was not clean. The ice machine didn’t work and the orange juice machine was out of order. Staff was friendly and I think the owner ( manager is trying)I will give it another try.

This is an independent operator who has done a good job of upgrading the facilities. Everything is basically new and clean. Definitely a great value.
