I had to ask for a plunger and plunged the sink myself to get it open. Christmas Eve. Had to fiddle a lot with the TV to get any channels.

Not sure how this hotel is rated so high., it’s very misleading. I found the room to be gross and in poor condition. It was very hard to get any work done with few electrical outlets that were easy to access. The continental breakfast is lacking in variety and substance. I couldn’t find a staffer when I went to check-out.
