The building is run down. Too much perfumy smell when you walk in. Bathroom wasn't as clean as it should be.

I have been coming to TTH for many years, multiple times a year, for work with Columbia University. Columbia uses TTH for a week—long exec education program. The service is consistently highest quality, from the dining staff, to conference staff to front desk. Virtually everyone at the hotel is exceptional, but I want to call out Orelia (conference team) and Francisco (front desk team). They regularly go above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Food is fresh, inventive and delicious; the soups are amazing.

The King Mansion room was a complete disappointment. The bathroom had a leaking faucet in the bathtub that necessitated closing the door to the bathroom because it disturbed our sleep. The bathtub looked like a down-market motel from the 80s. See photos. Coffee machine was not working. Our view from our “suite” was of the roofs. Window frames rotting. AND don’t get me started on the ceiling!!!!!!! See photos.
