Tutto Ok, letto comodo,camera silenziosa,check in rapido. in zona centrale a 5 minuti dalla stazione autobus. una buona base per girare Ibiza.

I was a little apprehensive about this hotel due to some of the reviews but we had a wonderful experience! Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Jessica was just a ray of sunshine and the team on reception were extremely helpful when we were placed in the wrong room (we had booked room with balcony). It is definitely worth paying a little extra for the balcony rooms as they are more spacious and modern. We were only here for 3 nights so only used the pool area once. Only a short walk from the strip and the reception are happy to call cabs when needed.

This seems to have been a "Latin" 70s town hotel? Polished marble and shiny walnut veneer in the old lift. We like that. It's clearly expanded over a nice motorbike shop for local islanders, a pool seems to have been squeezed into a 'block' next to the hotel with a tiny pool terrace over the top of the motorbike shop, and a modern 'clubbers' pool bar. On the other side of the reception is a kind of bistro, with football on the big screen, but not football loutish at all. At night more tanned girls dressed in 'Barbie' outfits than a football watching beer belly crowd. At day, flat-out girls in bikinis squeezed on bar sofas. Overall a sophisticated vibe with local shops and sophistication mixed in a surprisingly attractive street, concrete blocks but some nice trees and a green hill in the distance when we looked sideways from the balcony. The town street maybe a tad noisy for some, with electric scooters and motor bikes, and a bit of clanging and banging, shop shutter and bin sort of thing. We enjoy the business-of-life type of noise and town life vibe. But, it's actually ultra sophisticated with Poke bowls in the convenience store and a light modern white Vietnamese restaurant and boutique hotels. So at first sight just a concrete block town street, and then actually much more pleasant. We loved it, including our salmon & sesame Poke bowl hotel room picnic! Very near the bus station and no problem for a walk to the coast and coves.

The hotel is in a handy location and all staff were friendly and helpful. Read bad reviews about Orlando barman before arriving so were worried, but we need not have been. He’s helpful and friendly, he has to oversee the pool, luggage storage, bar drinks and bar food - so can get really busy. Rude reviews make me wonder if people were rude to him first? His English isn’t strong so you must be patient and wait til he’s ready to help you. Keep an eye on your bills as he can get busy and make mistakes. Be warned, the drinks are expensive (unless you don’t mind beer.) Pool area is nice, gets very hot and is a real sun trap. There are a lot of large groups visiting this hotel, so sun beds are hard to come by at times. We often found ourselves sitting amongst groups of 10-15. We soon gave up on the pool and went to the beach daily, a lot more relaxing! We found breakfast buffet €10 to be a good deal. Room cleaned with fresh towels daily. Reason the review is relatively low given the positive above is because we didn’t like our room at all. It was very small and didn’t have a balcony. That was exacerbated by the fact our ‘window’ was not a real window. It faced an inner courtyard, 1 foot away from a wall and was barred. There was a security light which beamed in all night. It was noisy due to people using an inner corridor next to this courtyard / echoing . Our neighbours smoked into this courtyard which meant we had the smoke coming directly into our room. We were a platonic mixed gender group so there was a real lack of privacy in this box room with no balcony, it made for a very uncomfortable stay. The bars on the window made the room feel almost prison like. Pre drinks on the bed with no natural light doesn’t quite give the holiday vibe and it put a dampener on our stay.

Ignore all bad reviews !! We loved this hotel and the staff are so nice! Orlando couldn’t do enough to help. Rooms are clean and big, everything was safe in the room and not noisy. Food is good price and loads to choose from

We had the best time at this hotel, the food is great and the service is really good The rooms are clean and well kept and Orlando the bar man is so lovely and goes out of his way to help you The pool area has plenty of sunbeds and is so clean Perfect for a girls holiday and made our time in Ibiza amazing :)

Stayed in the hotel for 3 nights 23rd to 26th of August for my daughters hen party we were a group of 8 and had 3 rooms. The hotels location is excellent to get to the beach and the strip, it was spotless and we had our room cleaned daily. It was not what I was expecting for a 2 star hotel I think we were all pleasantly surprised we slept well as the beds were comfortable and had fresh towels every day. The breakfast was really nice, plenty of choices. The rooms were a good Size, we were in a room for 2 and had a balcony the larger rooms didn't have a balcony but air con was good in all of our rooms. The pool was really nice and we found Orlando the pool and bar guy plesent. The only negative is because we had a balcony the previous guests have smoked in the room and we mentioned this to the maid and she sprayed it with a stronger air conditioner, but it didn't make alot of difference so we had balcony door open most of the time but air con didn't work when the door was open. The other rooms how ever were fine. This hotel is worthy of a 3 or 4 star and was perfect for our stay, we all enjoyed ourselves so well done to all of the staff there. I would stay here again if I came back to ibiza.
