Hotel Florencio

Un hotel 2 estrellas muy confortable y Comida buena nosotros pension completa pero tambien es buena opcion media pension habitacion comoda familia de 4

Brilliant hotel!! So friendly!! Good price too!! Food was lovely!! Pool was also lovely!! Only 2 things I didn't like, there was no balcony and the cleaners hadn't cleaned under the bed at all. There was nails under the bed 🤮 Other than those 2 things, the stay was amazing and would stay again!!

We were a party of 8 and overall enjoyed our stay at the hotel. I do not recommend breakfast at the cafe inside the hotel, it is not nice at all. We stayed in room 416 and it was very clean and modern. Friends who stayed on the 1st&2nd floor didn’t have the modern rooms but they were still clean. No struggle to get a sunbed, drinks at the bar reasonably priced for the location and a short walk into San Antonio, bus station and taxi rank.

We found cockroaches in the bathroom several times and of different types! The hotel was unable to help us resolve the situation. We are extremely disappointed and disgusted. Sorry for the pictures but they are taken from the videos.

Mixed bag, Orlando the bar man who clearly should not have to deal with any other people as he is the most rude member of staff I have ever encountered at the pool bar attempted to boss us around majority of the holiday. Cleaning service was good food was bland but the restaurant staff, Jessica especially were so helpful and nice to talk to they made up for the other issues it is a case of you get what you pay for. If you’re ordering food go for the club sandwich not the breakfast. Oh and order drinks at the restaurant and take them to the pool as Orlando takes 3-5 working days to make a round of drinks with hardly any alcohol in and even if you do try to take food from the restaurant he will try to stop you eating it so just ignore him and eventually he’ll give up harassing you. Pool area could have been bigger but all round it did the job for a hen party we did enjoy hopefully if e came back these issues would have been resolved.

Hotel all round was nice and done the job the barman Orlando on the other hand was absolutely crap, he refused to let us take any liquid even water to the pool, I was given a bottle of vodka by someone leaving the hotel whilst in the restaurant he took the bottle of vodka off me and started pouring drinks using the vodka he took from me. He was rude the whole time around the pool. I ordered a margarita pizza from the restaurant price 10 euro he took the order totally wrong and tried to charge me for the dearest pizza on the menu his service was slow and became frustrating. Poor poor service

Hotel rooms and clean. Good for money. Decent location . Orlando bar staff is very rude and slow , will be waiting 30 mins for a cocktail. Wouldn’t bother wasting time getting food or a cocktail around the pool area.

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room. Unfortunately, some noise because of refurbishing in the floor below.
