It was great except for the fact that there were about 5 flies in the room!

Amazon room with a beautiful view. It’s a lot of stairs but well worth it. Also the restaurant is amazing. Have the duck or the omelette. We will return!!!

There was a smell coming from the room. We complained about it and asked multiple staff members to come take a look and they all refused. It turns out the toilet was leaking and the smell waa from coming from the sewer pipe. Would not stay there again.

Parking is far away. Take a shuttle and then walk with luggage uphill. Property is very old. Furniture is very old. No AC. Open window allowed a lot of flies to come inside. Friendly personal. I would recommend to stay on a land and come to an island for a day

Location was great.

Stay in Mt St Michele one night it’s worth it. you have early breakfast and get to explore the town before visitors arrive.

I normally work on the basis if you have nothing good to say, say nothing except to the management. This time, the good thing is the location. As for speaking to the management, don't waste your breath. We booked a not inexpensive room in La Mere Poulard. The confirmation promised a room with a magnificent view of the garden, minibar, WiFi etc. On arrival we discovered a large cupboard with a view of a wall and a walkway... granted there was a hedge. The minibar was an empty fridge. The hotel said we may find some water in the " minibar " but if not ask at reception and they may supply some. Unfortunately they could not supply any glasses... and none in the toilet... try asking in local restaurant was the suggestion... Total misrepresentation of the accommodation and total disregard of customer service.... go elsewhere (but I suspect they have a monopoly on hotels here). Best hope they go broke and a decent company takes over.

Everything that your doorstep room was amazing just recently renovated. Everything was lovely. Staff was perfect. Breakfast was wonderful.
