The price is so great. Bed is very comfortable. A/C works great.

Once again. I booked a king bed room on this site, but at check-in, staff tried to tell me I had a double queen. This makes the 3rd time this has happened to me. And even more frustrating, once again, I was given keys and headed up to my room, only to discover there wss an issue and had to return bsck down to the front desk. This time the keys didnt actually work and unlock the door and it sounded like someone was already in there. I had to go bsck down and they had to issue me another room and set of keys. When I checkin, i want to be able to go straight up to my room without any issues. Its becoming a regular problem there for me.
