We booked a room block and conference space for a surprise 80th birthday celebration, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Planning a surprise of this size, with multiple out-of-town guests, could have been stressful — but the staff handled everything with professionalism, warmth, and thoughtful discretion. Rixa, the Sales Manager, truly stood out. She went far beyond what we expected, even helping keep the birthday guest occupied while family members were checking in. Her attention to detail and genuine care made all the difference. The surprise was a complete success. When my mother-in-law walked into the room and saw everyone gathered for her 80th, she was overwhelmed with joy. It was a beautiful, unforgettable moment. As former hospitality professionals, we recognize exceptional service when we see it — and this team exceeded expectations. Highly recommend.
