Good breakfast, good location. Great cotton sheets and blanket and bath linens were good quality, too.

There was an infestation of fruit flies in my room. I also couldn't figure out how to get to TV channels. I could have asked but there was no one at the front desk. The premises needs paint and the sloping of the floor upstairs was extreme.

Pat is a delightful host/ owner of the hotel. The breakfast is great, made to order. The hotel is connected to the Village Tavern. Interior steps allow you to grab a meal and a drink without suiting up for the winter weather. There was also live music at the tavern It is a short drive, about 10 to Smuggs and 45 to Jay and 45 to Stowe There is a nice living room area with a fireplace to hang out if you want to get out of the room There is a Family suite that is not much expensive more than a standard room i would defiantly recommend. One room has a queen bed, and the adjoining room has 2 full beds also a large bathroom Many thanks to Pat for a great stay !!

Very cozy, nicely appointed rooms, the owners were kind and lovely & the breakfast was very good!

The staff was amazing, great food and hospitality.

The old feeling of the inn, needs to be updated.

The location was good, and the bed was comfy

The bathroom was a bit cold for us, and it was hard to take our luggage up the narrow stairs, floor a bit tilted on the second floor
