We had no coffee or breakfast the second night even though it was included. They were going to bring to room but we were leaving for airport .

1 night. The bed was killing me. 2 night. The same bed + the guest at neighour room played music with open door. Stopped when I yelled at him 3 night. Karaoke evening in restaurant with open way to rooms. Stopped at 0300, but then I had to go to airport . Went so early to avoid the traficjam. Dont use this hotel.

The location is very good and the shower worked really well.

The room was not clean when I checked in. The bed was full of stains, the bathroom had a weird smell and the wifi was really bad, to the point where I had to use my roaming data. Outside my room, someone put plates with food leftovers. In 3 days, no one thought of removing those. The breakfast was really underwhelming. The coffee machine didn't work and there wasn't even water available. And they don't clean the tables. There was no room service during my 3 days in this room. The check in took very long because they had to check if my room was ready. At 5pm. Most of the light switches in my room were broken and above the bed on the wall was chewing gum. They provided two water bottles but one of them was already open and half empty. Don't choose to stay here.

Good for a short stay in Ulaanbaatar, not far from some major city landmarks. WiFi is good. Staff is nice.
