They had a luggage storage service which was convenient for us since we were going off on a short tour of central Mongolia. There are many convenience stores and eateries nearby.

The room was very small. The sink was awkwardly positioned near a wall. The bed was uncomfortable. We could hear sounds from the street at night. The television was not working when we checked in. A staff member was sent to check on it but wasn’t of much help. There are not enough working power points to charge devices. The breakfast was pathetic. The coffee machine wasn’t working. When we asked for help, the staff member in charge couldn’t fix the issue. We ended up getting coffee from the nearby convenience store. Most appalling of all was the fact that the frontline staff wasn’t even able to converse in decent English.

When I booked through Bookings. Com the price for the room I was given was $61 for the night of Sept.12. When I checked in and paid for the room with my credit card I was charged $73.

Очень маленький номер с очень усталым ремонтом. Все обшарпанное. Нет шкафа. Только пару вешалок в коридоре. Нет крюков в туалете. Душ расположен в комнате. Отделен от комнаты стеклянной перегородкой. В душе нет ни одной полки и крючка. Вода в месте стыка душа со шлангом брызгала во все стороны. На просьбу починить, ничего не сделали. Свет в комнате не выключался, пришлось вынимать карту из слота. Был сломан выключатель. В холле возле лифта на кресле сутки стоял поднос с недоеденной едой.

Not much to like, I thought the location would be better.

The absurd skylight on top of the bed. It’s probably 5feet by 3. It doesn’t close!!! It’s like sleeping outdoors!!!! At night the room is as bright as outside. During the day the sun shines on top of you. I never seen anything like it. Look at the pictures on the site. The next day I told them about and asked to be moved to another room. They immediately agreed( looks like I wasn’t the first person to make that request). I didn’t sleep at all!!! It is staffed by teenagers.

The initial investment was good. The rooms were built nicely.

They don’t ever clean the rooms regardless of how many days you are staying. And generally you will find them dirty even the first day you enter.
