Just the staff

Before I entered the room the door had scratches on it, once I entered I tried to put my things in the closet. Tried to close it and I’m the closet door was broke that’s why it wouldn’t close. My Bed headboard had so many scratches on it.

The staff was great and it's a great location.

The room's ac didn't work very well and the beds weren't very comfortable.

I stayed here for a conference. The overall experience was fine - my room was clean, bed slept well, but a couple of things stood out to me. Second floor bartender - this gentleman was unpleasant and demeaning to me and clients I was entertaining. When ordering drinks from him, he seemed irritated because the bar was busy, and even went as far as to call out one of my clients for wanting a mocktail, telling her it’ll take 8 minutes to go look it up, and telling other guests waiting he couldn’t help them for 8 minutes because he had to look up her mocktail. This was rude and embarrassing. This guy should not be in a customer facing role. No Valet parking - this is the first high rise full service hotel attached to a conference center I’ve stayed at that didn’t offer valet parking. I get this is a first world problem, but it would’ve been nice to not have to drive around the garage looking for a spot.
