The room was hot. I could not get it cooled down and didn't sleep well due to being hot.

I called and asked for an update on Nov 21st for a refund promised for a cancellation fee accidently charged to my credit card on Nov 11. (our reservation was never cancelled; we simply changed our room type) The employee on the phone was very rude and kept talking over me when I was explaining my reason for the call. She was unable to give me any timeline in which the already posted refund would be issued. She also never apologized for the accidental charge. When I asked when a good time would be to call back to check the status, she simply told me not to call back and to keep checking my statement. As a DOS at a Marriott property myself, I was surprised and disappointed with the lack of customer service, unprofessionalism and over-all rudeness I received from the employee.

We were in room 1111. The water pressure was fairly low, and our bed was very worn....
