Lithia Springs Resort

Steep 20 stairs to my room. Bathtub was slowww to drain. Some of the Staff was rude.

Beautiful and peaceful

Adult family members gathered to enjoy the area. We had a one bedroom suite and found the rooms spacious, clean, private, and the beds comfy with a nice patio area. We appreciated the many amenities offered and while the breakfast is a bit above standard fare, there is a $5 per person charge.

The grounds and rooms are beautiful.

The night staff individual was rude and not available. Also, be aware there is a $20/night resort fee.

The location is a bit farther away from downtown so it was nice to not be in all that traffic. The staff was very nice. The resort itself was just beautiful and looks exactly as it does in the photos. The room was clean and felt like a small apartment more so than a hotel so it was nice. Our room was provided with plates and utensils even though we didn't use it. Really enjoyed my stay though. Our outside patio was very nice and the pool and hot tub was a big plus!

The upstairs guest were loud and it sounded like they were rearranging furniture my entire weekend. Thats not the hotels fault though. There was still a little bit of trash like candy wrapper in our bathroom from the previous people....there is a wellspring just down the street that was blasting music for a few hours until 10 pm. It was hard to enjoy the firepit and relax, but again that is not the hotels fault.

Very nice grounds, very peaceful.

The bikes could have been in better condition but it’s nice that they have them.
