Lithia Springs Resort

It’s clean and comfortable feeling. A different environment from your usual hotel stays.

There was some sort of shortage and ill preparation of breakfast the morning we were there. Usually their breakfasts are bountiful, but food and choices were lacking.

The grounds the spring water and the awesome breakfast and super friendly working staff

Windows and screens in the unit were fairly dirty and the shades were difficult to use

Spa treatment was supberb

The location is excellent and the breakfast is still nice even though it is an added fee now.

We have stayed at Lithia Springs many times over many years. Things were different this time. There seems to be extra fees tagged on for everything now. And our room was old, tired and in need of some repairs. This was not our usual 5* experience.

The mineral water in the spa and the soaking tub are amazing. The gardens are nice.The rooms are big and comfortable.

The resort fee of 20$ was a surprise because usually with Booking there are no hidden fees.

The breakfast was good there could have been more options the coffee was good the food was hot

Our only complaint as everything else about Lithia Springs resort is outstanding, was the food prep/server at the resort. Her attitude; slamming of the cabinets & pans, complaining to us but rudely how she was trying to get the food out( 1/2 - 3/4 of the breakfast foods were empty) & this was not even 1/2 way through the scheduled breakfast hours. Even the next morning when we thought we’d give her the benefit of a doubt & try to eat there again, it was a repeat of the prior morning. It is such a shame for guests to start their day off this way with an unpleasant staff member. The resort, grounds, our room were so gorgeous, but then to have to interact with a rude, unfriendly staff member who clearly is in over their head in their job responsibilities should be re-evaluated by management.
