The rooms are well constructed and quiet. Loved the spa tub in room.

Booking.com website stated room was a spacious 495 square feet but it was much smaller. Also room was said to be a kitchenette with utensils provided which was also false. I mentioned the problem to the front desk and they gave me a bowl and spoon so I could heat the meal I brought in their microwave. Staff informed me that Booking.com often misstates room amenities. They said I should read room details from their website not Booking.com for an accurate account of the facility amenities.

check in was very friendly and efficient. Also the Wine tasting is superb.

I think they are constructing a few new bildings... it was not at all disruptive, just unsightly for the moment

The patio room was good size. Nice having a separate sitting room and outdoor patio. Unfortunately it overlooked a senior living building.

Although it was nice having a small patio, the scenery was not great, and the metal chairs and small table were rusted and dirty. We had an ant infestation, which was bad in itself, but the help from the front desk was non-existent. My wife had to interrupt him from a personal call to attend to a guest. We were given a small package of ant gel and a good luck! No other help offered. No sorry….We ended up clearing the ants ourselves and left early the following morning before breakfast. Not what I would call a resort, and then asking for a 10 rating.

"Fun indulgence in Ashland"

This was a winter indulgence for me. Hot spring water in the huge bath tub! Comfy bed, delicious breakfast...

Facilities fees are a scam. $20/day for parking, wifi and tea time...just include the $20 in the daily rate. Charging $20 extra a day after booking lacks integrity.
