Bra frukost. Receptionspersonalen vänliga och hjälpsamma.

Personalen i frukostrummet inte så serviceinriktad, besvärade när man frågade efter saker. Det fanns tex inga kaffeskedar, teskedar, extra fat eller servetter framme.

Good location, very welcoming & efficient staff, quiet, lovely view from our window, comfortable bed, nice to have coffee machine & water in the room, plus water & pain au chocolate near reception.

Bathroom was very cramped & a poor layout, the shower door didn’t close well & water came into the bathroom. The breakfast could have had more & improved choice, such as; nicer fruit juice, variety of breads, hard boiled eggs.

Location was good, central Avignon. Close to central railway station. Reception staff were extremely helpful. Clean room and comfortable bed.

Bathroom needed updating. No shower door and it was not a wet room. Some mildew around the shower tray area.

What a relief. Our original accommodation plans changed unexpectedly, and after a long day of travel it was wonderful to be looked after. The staff were genuinely kind, helped with our luggage, arranged a taxi, and made everything easy. Excellent location, spotless room, and the sort of attentive service that makes you appreciate a good hotel.

Beds were a little hard.

This hotel is pretty average definitely not accurate photos, its tired and not very modern. Lucky it was only 1 night otherwise I would not be happy.

Old, tired, not modern, staff not very friendly, didn't even help us with luggage struggling to pull up stairs.

It was quiet, comfortable and very convenient to the train station and old town. Staff were very welcoming. We arrived before check-in time so they stored our luggage, while we explored the town. It was a really hot day so we also enjoyed a rest in their lounge area which had great air conditioning and refreshments.

Rapporto qualità’ prezzo pessimo: camera piccolissima, con finestra su cavedio, senza frigo bar e prese per caricare i cellulari.
