The room was adequate

A very tired hotel, no restaurant, poorly sticked bar that was closed at 21.50 when we returned to the hotel. Average breakfast, worn carpets in corridors. This is not what I expect from a 4 star hotel.

It was a lovely hotel in an excellent location.

Great location, just a short walk from the Palace of the Popes. Very convenient for exploring the city.

The only downsides were that parking is in the nearby public car park rather than on-site, and the room was a bit small.

Lovely hotel with helpful staff. We had a large Classic room with a huge bathroom with bath and shower. Beds were super comfy and we were very pleased to find we had extra pillows in room. The situation of the hotel for the train and bus station as well as the centre of Avignon is fantastic. Lots of great restaurants close by. It's a good hotel, with helpful staff, in a great position. In all we had a lovely stay here and look forward to returning 😊

The 2 coffee capsules and bottles of water were never replaced after the first day which seems a bit strange in a 4☆ Also just to note if you are British and drink tea, not coffee, like myself, despite 2 teabags being left, it's impossible to make a cup as you only have the coffee machine which despite numerous run throughs without a pod, only churns out water in varying shades of brown coffee dilution! So either pack a travel kettle or make your way to one of the many lovely cafes around you!

it was centrally located. The staff were helpful. Even though renovations were taking place, it was quiet.

I had to ask for fresh pods for the coffee machine each day.
