Meiner Meinung nach entspricht dieses Hotel keinesfalls einem 5-Sterne-Standard. Realistisch betrachtet würde ich ihm eher 3 bis maximal 3,5 Sterne geben. Die gesamte Anlage wirkt in die Jahre gekommen und an vielen Stellen renovierungsbedürftig. Zwar wird gereinigt, jedoch lässt die Sauberkeit insgesamt zu wünschen übrig.. Das Essen war insgesamt sehr durchschnittlich. Viele Speisen sahen zwar gut aus, konnten geschmacklich jedoch nicht überzeugen. Positiv ist die recht große Auswahl, die Qualität entsprach jedoch nicht meinen Erwartungen. Auch beim Personal gab es große Unterschiede: Etwa die Hälfte der Mitarbeiter war freundlich und hilfsbereit, die andere Hälfte wirkte eher gelangweilt und unmotiviert. Für ein solides 3- bis 3,5-Sterne-Hotel wäre das Angebot durchaus akzeptabel. Angesichts des Preises und der offiziellen 5-Sterne-Klassifizierung hätte ich jedoch mehr erwartet.

Гарний отель- розташований у дуже доброму місці, все дуже доглянуте, гарна їжа, Дуже велика територія- кожного дня можна бути в новій локації, Тепле море,гарні басейни, рослини мабуть із усього світу.. Дуже сподобалося. Були в травні- ще не всі ресторани працювали. Близько до міста- можна сходити погуляти, але майте на увазі, що місцевість дуже гориста і якщо у вас болять ноги- то вам не сюди.

Море тепле- бо пляж отеля розташований в бухті- мало волн і багато комфорту.

Bellissimo resort con meravigliosi scorci sul mare ed immerso nel verde. Ottimo cibo e ristoranti curati e affacciati sul mare. Staff gentile e disponibile. Disponibilità di tanti servizi (escursioni, taxi, navetta interna al resort, negozi forniti anche del necessario per igiene personale e prodotti per infanzia). Abbiamo ricevuto un up-grade gratuito in suite, molto apprezzato.

Pulizia un pochino da perfezionare. Necessaria qualche piccola ristrutturazione nei bagni (rotti/mal funzionante sciacquone delle toilette di entrambi i bagni).

Lovely room, stayed in 2 bed exclusive apartment with stunning sea views and hottub on the balcony. Very Clean. Good location. Food was good. On checking in and out, golf buggy brought our luggage to and from our room, which was great as the resort is quite hilly. The main pool had plenty of sunbeds. There is a supermarket just outside the resort is good value for money and run by a lovely lady. The resort is a bit outdated and not maintained to what it could be. The private beach is closed and the facilities advertised were not open. Overall a good relaxing stay in a lovely quiet are of Crete.

Evening entertainment not on par with price of stay. No activities for teenagers apart from entertainment team at pool during the day. One of the receptionist staff we found extremely rude. Pool bar food option was poor only offering a choice of 2 pre-packed sandwiches.

Jedzenie nieco monotonne choć feta i inne greckie przysmaki pyszne.

Сподобалося все- море, готель, харчування. Прямо рай на Землі. Всім рекомендую!!

The complex it self is really beautiful and well kept, the beaches are sheltered and there are clear waters and sand. There are two beaches - a private beach and a public beach, both with lovely clear waters. The staff are friendly and the room that we had was really big with really nice, large bathroom and bed. The restaurant was a good size with lots of outdoor seating with nice views across the sea.

The food was fine but it was not amazing. The fish was always quite dry and the general quality of the food was lower than we have experienced in other all inclusive places, but there were decent salad options and breakfast was good. The private beach was quite crowded, we stayed early June and there was always a sun bed free but I can imagine that in the peak season, there may not be enough sun beds. Luckily they prevent people from reserving them with towels, on the public beach there are only about 20 sun beds and people come and put their towels on them around 8am and then leave. The rooms, although really nice, had a buzzing noise, there are lots of swimming pools dotted around the hotel, so there are constant generator noises. I had to use earplugs at night but not everyone is sensitive to this type of noise. We had some mosquito issues a couple of nights. Also, the complex is really large so you end up walking a lot to get from one end to another, we did lots of steps!

השירות היה מהיר יעיל ונעים מכל צוות המלון, בייחוד היחס שהיה עם הדילאי בטיסה שלנו שאפשרו לנו להישאר בחדר מעט מעבר ללייט צ׳ק אאוט הרגיל. החדרים עם הנוף לים היו מדהימים עם כל מה שהיינו צריכים ומעבר. הנוף לים פשוט משגע להתעורר אליו בכל בוקר, המיקום והקרבה לחוף ולמסעדות מדהים. מגוון הבריכות ומתקני המלון, והמגוון בחדר האוכל.. טיילנו עם תינוק והיתה חוויה מושלמת!

השתייה בבר בהכל כלול דרך ברזים לא ככ אפשרית לשתיה יש לה טעם לוואי נוראי אבל הבירה היתה אחלה .. החדר לא היה מספיק נקי או לא מאוד חדש בעיקר הורגש בברזים ובווילונות אבל הפלוסים בהחלט התעלו על המינוסים והורגשה ההשקעה מטעם המלון בחווית האורח.
